What is a Time-Back Discovery Day?
A Time-Back Discovery Day is one full day on site at your premises, working through how your business really runs. We follow a job from first enquiry to paid invoice, write down every step and every handover, and put a cost against the time each one takes. You finish the day knowing exactly where the hours go.
What does it cost?
The Time-Back Discovery Day is AED 7,500, paid in full before the day by bank transfer or Stripe. The fee is fully redeemable against any work that follows, so if you go ahead with a build, the day costs you nothing extra. There are no travel charges anywhere in the UAE.
What do I actually get at the end of the day?
You leave with three things, all yours to keep:
- Your process mapped end to end: every step, and what it costs across a year.
- What to fix first, ranked by effort against return, agreed in the room with you.
- A costed proposal for the top fix, priced to go live inside 30 days, yours either way.
What is the guarantee?
Put the fixes in and make the fee back within 60 days. If you do the work we agree and the AED 7,500 has not paid for itself in that window, you get a full refund. The point of the day is time and money back in the business, so the guarantee is tied to that, not to a document.
How big does my business need to be?
Two people up. If there is more than one of you, work is being handed between people and that is where the time leaks. Most clients run between 10 and 200 staff across real estate, professional services, logistics, retail, construction and manufacturing, but very small teams get value too.
What happens after the day?
You choose. Take the mapped process and the costed proposal and build it yourself, or we build it. Simple automations start from AED 5,000. Larger builds run from AED 15,000 to AED 40,000, depending on how many systems have to talk to each other. Your AED 7,500 comes off whichever you pick.

The first step is a 20 minute Discovery Call. We check the fit, look at which process is hurting most, and set a date for the day itself. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call rather than sell you a day you do not need.
