Who runs Bainna?
Lisa Knight, the founder. She has spent 25 years in enterprise technology leading delivery teams across the UAE and the wider region, on systems that had to work on Monday morning. She works directly with founders and managing directors and stays involved from the first conversation through to handover.
Where are you based?
Dubai, at DIFC AI Campus. Work happens on site at your premises anywhere in the UAE, because you cannot map how a business really runs over a video call. Being local also means we understand the regulatory, banking and paperwork reality here rather than importing a template from elsewhere.
Who do you work with?
UAE small and medium businesses, from two people up, typically 10 to 200 staff. Most are in real estate, professional services, logistics, retail and construction. The common thread is an owner who signs off everything, a team buried in admin, and a customer history nobody has time to use.
Why did you start Bainna?
Because AI kept stopping at the slide deck. Large companies had budgets for pilots that went nowhere, and smaller businesses got sold the same slides with none of the delivery. Bainna exists to put AI into daily operations for smaller businesses, priced so an owner can say yes without a committee.
How do you work?
On site, in plain language, with fixed prices in AED. We map the process before we quote a build, we write down what we made so your team can run it, and we tie our fees to money coming back into the business. If a cheaper fix will do, we say so.
