Engagements. Each engagement is governed by the proposal or statement of work signed by both parties, which sets out deliverables, dependencies, payment terms and ownership of the systems we build.

The 90-Second Check. The 90-Second Check is an estimating tool. It produces indicative figures from the inputs you provide and is not a guarantee of savings or results.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under an engagement is as set out in the relevant signed agreement.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.
