Most of the hours that leak out of a small business go in the gaps between tools. A lead lands in WhatsApp. Someone types it into a spreadsheet. Someone else builds the quote by hand, then chases it by hand, then raises the invoice by hand. None of it is difficult. All of it needs a person. The build closes those gaps so the work moves on its own.
What gets built?
We build whatever the Discovery Day showed was costing you most. Across UAE SMEs the same five come up again and again:
- Follow-ups nobody has time to send. Quotes, proposals and enquiries chased on a schedule, in your tone, until someone answers or says no.
- Quotes and invoices built by hand. Details captured once, priced from your own rates, sent as a document, logged where your accountant can see it.
- WhatsApp lead capture. Enquiries that arrive on one person's phone get captured, answered, logged and handed to the right person, so nothing sits unseen over a weekend.
- Document and invoice processing. Supplier invoices, contracts, forms and emails read, extracted and filed, with a person checking anything that looks off.

What does a simple automation cost?

What does a full build cost?
AED 15,000 to AED 40,000 depending on scope. A full build connects several processes so the systems talk to each other: enquiries, follow-up, quoting, reporting, all joined up rather than sitting in separate tools.
What moves the number inside that range:
- How many systems have to talk to each other
- How clean the data is going in (a tidy CRM is cheaper than four spreadsheets)
- How many steps need a human to approve before something goes out in your name
We only quote a figure in that range after we have seen the actual process. A partner who names a price before mapping your work is guessing, and you will pay for the guess.
What does it run on?
Make.com, n8n, Claude, and whatever you already use. We are tool agnostic and do not resell anyone's licence, so there is no reason for us to push a platform you do not need. Everything is built inside your own accounts and you own the logins.
Running costs are quoted separately from the build. Some automations cost nothing a month to run. Others carry a software subscription. You will know which before anything is built.
How long does it take?
Live inside 30 days of the Discovery Day. The time saving is usually visible inside the first fortnight of use. If a proposal cannot tell you what changes in the first month, treat that as a warning sign rather than a scheduling detail.

- Training for the people who will run it day to day
The work is finished when it is live and your team has been trained, not when it has been delivered.
How do payment terms work?
50% upfront, 50% when it is live and your team is trained. Bank transfer or Stripe. Prices are in AED and exclude VAT where it applies.
Do I need a Discovery Day first?
For anything beyond a single simple automation, yes. The Time-Back Discovery Day is AED 7,500 and comes off the build in full, so it costs you nothing extra if you go ahead. It also means the price you are quoted is based on your actual process, not an estimate.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your own accounts wherever possible. We do not train anything on it. Anything that touches a customer has a human in the loop before it goes out, so nothing is sent in your name without someone signing it off.
