What does AI automation actually mean for a small business?

What tools do you use?
Make.com, n8n, Claude, and whatever you already run. We are tool agnostic and we are not reselling anyone's licence, so there is no incentive to push a platform you do not need. If your existing stack can do the job, we use it rather than adding another subscription.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your own accounts wherever possible, and you own the logins. We do not train anything on your data. Anything that touches a customer has a human in the loop before it goes out, so nothing is sent in your name without someone signing it off.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes, across the UAE. We are based at DIFC AI Campus in Dubai and work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates. On site days happen at your office wherever you are. Follow-up work and training run remotely unless you would rather we came back in.
