What does the Time-Back Discovery Day cost?
AED 7,500 for one day on site with you and your team. You get your process mapped end to end, costed in hours and dirhams, ranked by what to fix first, and a priced fix. The fee is fully redeemable against any work that follows. Make it back in 60 days or take a full refund.
What do workshops cost?
From AED 550 per seat for a half day, hands on. Your team leaves having built something they can use on Monday, not notes about what AI could do one day. Private team days are available for a single business, priced on headcount, run at your office or at DIFC AI Campus.
What does a simple automation cost?
From AED 5,000. That covers one process taken off your plate, built, tested and put into daily use: an enquiry that lands and files itself, a follow-up sequence that chases without you, a report that writes itself every Monday. Built in your accounts, handed over with documentation, live inside 30 days.
What does a full build cost?
AED 15,000 to AED 40,000 depending on scope. A full build connects several processes so the systems talk to each other: enquiries, follow-up, quoting, reporting, all joined up rather than sitting in separate tools. We only quote a number in that range after we have seen the actual process.
What does the AIOS Company Makeover cost?
AED 50,000 for one week on site, across the whole company. Five days installing an AI operating system: your systems connected, your past leads ranked, agents following up overnight, and one place your team can ask questions instead of hunting through inboxes and drives. Training and handover included.
How do payment terms work?
The Discovery Day is paid in full before it runs. Projects are 50% upfront and 50% on completion, with completion meaning it is live and your team has been trained, not just delivered. Bank transfer or Stripe. All prices are in AED and exclude VAT where it applies.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because being asked for a number and not getting one wastes everybody's time. Owners here are spread thin. If the figure is outside your budget you should find that out in thirty seconds on a page, not after two meetings and a proposal. The number is the number, so you can decide before you call.
How do I work out whether it is worth it for me?
Start with what the admin is already costing you. The 90-Second Check asks about your team, your hours and the work that keeps landing back on your plate, then puts a rough annual figure on it. If that figure is small, do not spend anything with us. If it is large, the Day pays for itself quickly.
