Steps

Go to pagespeed.web.dev, paste your URL and run the test on Mobile, not desktop. Mobile is what your customers use.

Read the score and the Opportunities list. It is usually oversized images or render-blocking scripts.

Fix the quickest one yourself if your platform allows it, for example compressing the hero image. Otherwise write down the top three and send them to whoever looks after your site.
