Before you start
WhatsApp Business installed and signed in on your business number.
Steps

Open WhatsApp Business and go to Business tools.

Greeting Message: turn it on, write a welcome line, set it to send to new contacts.

Away Message: turn it on, write it, and either set your hours or leave it always on.

Quick Replies: tap +, write the full answer, and give it a shortcut starting with a slash, like /hours or /price. The free tier allows 50 saved replies at 500 characters each.
Watch out for
Quick replies only live on the phone they were created on. On the free tier they do not sync across a team.
