Before you start

A Google account.

Steps

1. 1

   Make a new sheet with these columns: Company, Role, Date Applied, Source, Status, Next Action Date, Notes.

2. 2

   Add a "days since applied" column with the formula =TODAY()-[the date applied cell].

3. 3

   Add conditional formatting so any row whose Next Action Date is today or earlier turns a colour. That colour is your to-do list.
